Single session of beginner level/ basic level class.
In this session, we will give instruction on basic yoga principles, offer generous modification choices and deliver a basic class. This is the perfect choice for those new to yoga, those who haven't practiced in a while and need a refresher or those that prefer a slower pace of class.
This option will reserve your spot in the yoga class during the time you chose.
Classes are non-refundable.
Class registration will close 1 hour before class start time.
To ensure respect of the other yogis' practice time, doors will close for class after 5 minutes after class time.
